Experimental and Design Basics for Hybrid Micro Wave Integrated Circuits as Multilayer circuits using LTCC and LTCC/Thinfilm combinations.
 

Main target of this project was the direct combination of LTCC with Thinfilm layers for high frequency applications. A sensor device was realised and electrically characterized up to 20 GHz.

The functionality of a sensor device using the combination of LTCC and Thinfilm could be proved.
