Devolopment of general simulation tools for a controlled structuring and performance optimisation of ceramic foils. Focus: verification of new simulation tools in real systems for the manufacturing of LTCC multilayer modules

 
Target of this project is the verification of new LTCC foils, which are produced with the newly developed  simulation     tools by comparing investigations on metallised and non metallised demonstrators.
